This Privacy Policy explains how Parisbond (Cyprus) Ltd, operating this website as the Larnaca SVA Test Center, handles information submitted through svalarnaca.com.

Information we collect

When you send a general enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message. When you request an appointment, we collect contact details, company name if provided, vehicle make and model, chassis or VIN number, preferred date and time, notes, and the Export Certificate file you choose to attach.

How we use it

We use the information to respond, assess the requested SVA service, arrange an appointment, prepare for the visit, keep an operational record and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell form data.

Export Certificate uploads

The uploaded file is checked for permitted type and size, attached to the notification email and deleted from the website’s temporary storage after the message is processed. It is not added to the public WordPress Media Library. A copy may remain in the receiving business mailbox under the company’s normal record-management practices.

Retention

Website enquiry records are stored privately in the WordPress administration area for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. If an active service matter or legal obligation requires information to be kept longer, the relevant details may be transferred to normal business records before the website record is deleted.

Who receives the information

Authorised Parisbond staff and service providers supporting website hosting and email delivery may process the data only as needed to operate the service. To protect the public forms from spam, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile. When a protected form is displayed or submitted, Cloudflare may process technical browser, device and network information to assess whether the request is legitimate under its Privacy Policy. The contact page embeds Google Maps. Loading the map connects to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar storage under its Privacy Policy. Links may also take you to social networks or Viber, which are governed by their own policies.

Security

We use access controls, form validation, anti-spam measures and encrypted web connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit information unrelated to the SVA request.
